Hi, I'm Robin and can no longer sleep at night. I've had numerous surgeries in the past three years and my medical bills keep piling up. I had to have a procedure done so I thought I would just get a payday loan and pay for it then pay it back. Then something else came up and next thing you know, I have multiple PDLs and they're taking my paycheck.

-I live in Pennsylvania

My PDLs are all Internet loans and are as follows:

Ameriloan
Borrowed: $300.00 paid $830.00 thus far

InstantCashUSA
Borrowed: $300.00 paid $625.00 thus far

PayDayMax
Borrowed: $590.00 paid $583.77 thus far

USFastCash
Borrowed: $450.00 paid $725.00 thus far

I found the letter that I can send to them, but am having trouble finding the addresses to send the letters to. Also I contacted my bank and there is a $32.00 charge for each ACH Merchant Block (supposed to keep them from charging my account). I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to come up with the $128.00 my bank will charge by Tuesday to keep them from debiting my account on Friday.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm scared to death, but I can't sleep or eat anymore and my health problems are just getting worse with all the worrying and stress.

All those PDl companies are illegal in PA. They are all overpaid and they owe you a refund. You need to secure your bank account ASAP! I would just close it down if I were you.

Please read HERE for further information on dealing with Illegal lenders.
