I never thought that I would be in this position. I fell into the payday loan trap and now find myself with a $2500 debt and the payments are leaving me with little left to keep the lights on. Because of the nature of my job, I can't risk having the loan companies calling my employer, therefore, I would prefer to consolidate and pay rather than fight them. Any information regarding consolidation would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure that the companies you are dealing with are charging permissible fees on your loans.
Who do you have the loans from? And how much have you paid so far? Also tell the name of the state you are in?

There are a couple of companies that some of the forum members use if you wish to have someone else take care of your pay day loans for you. Some use T&C and some use Langhorne. You can google on this site and read up on the posts regarding them. You can also ask for the contact information for them, if you wish. We can try to help you, if you desire. If you want to, you can post what state you are in, who your pdl's are with, how much you borrowed (principle only) and how much you've paid back. However, if you don't want to "fight the fight", there's nothing wrong with looking into the companies that handle pay day loans. It's totally up to you. If you need more information regarding T&C or Langhorne, just post and someone can give you the contact information.

Welcome to the Community Don't feel bad, alot of us got into the same trap. There is a way out, and we can help. If you can give us some info, no personal info-we can direct you in the right direction. You have aslo registered, so someone will contct you from your area to discuss solutions with you, such as consolidation. Some do pay day loans, others, not. There is a ranking chart on this site also for different fompanies. I won't tell any names since I haven't had any person experience with them, but please check whoever you decde to use out with the BBB, and referals from others who have had success with the Feel free to ask questions, and keep us posted..KAren
