For anyone using upfrontmoney and having the same problem I'm having...here's a little info. The only small catch I'm having with them right now is the fact that they will not own up and say they are a PDL. They are using this bogus story about being a phone card company. Anyway, after notifying the BBB and emailing the Attorney General's office, they convinced the BBB that they are not a PDL company, but a Phone Card Company. The BBB closed my cased because of what their response was.
After doing a little more digging I came across this website that clearly stats that PDL companies are not allowed in North Carolina, this explains the Phone Card Scam.

They have been using the phone card thing forever. Its almost like a rebate. very illegal, but nothing new.

Unclewulf I will ask one of them to move it. The reason why their using the phone cards is simply because PDL companies in North Caroline are illegal. For once a state saw what they were doing to the citizens of their state and they put a stop to it.
