Sub: #1 T & C Acceptance? Things are looking bleak...

Can anyone post contact information for T & C Acceptance (or tell me the best way to get ahold of them)? I have a number for them, but nobody ever answers the phone. I have been on hold for quite some time without ever speaking to a human. The phone call barrage from the PDL's started this afternoon and I am even more frantic now about getting a dmp together.

Please, please somebody help.

tukki - someone will be along soon that has the T&C information. I'm surprised you aren't able to get someone on the phone. Don't be discouraged. You can get information from T&C and weigh your options then. Many people on the forum use T&C. Someone will post the info. for you. Please don't feel down. We can help you, and T&C may be able to help you.

This is what I found when I googled them:

Town and Country Acceptance Corporation
400 Century Park S
Hoover, AL 35226
(205) 823-4930

Let me know if that doesnt work and I will try to find another number for them.

Thanks for the information...it is very much appreciated. The #'s you provided are actually the ones I do have. Actually, I have a toll free # for them too if anyone is interested:

800.654.7818

I called the toll free # late today, and I actually spoke to someone, but I got disconnected as I was being transferred. So I will desperately try to get ahold of them tomorrow, hoping all the while that the PDL's don't keep calling me at work and start calling my references and my boss, oh geez tomorrow is going to be stressful.

I've got my fingers crossed that they will be able to help me; not only am I in up to my neck with the PDL's but I have other collections and past due accounts that I'm hoping they can help me with.

I want to say thanks again to all of you who post on these forums. It makes my situation a little more bearable to know that there are people out there who have experienced the same thing and come through it - and are kindhearted enough to post the knowledge they gain for the use of the others in need.

THANK YOU ALL!

Tukk - Virtually all of us have been there, and lived. I had 9 pdl's a couple years back, and I managed to clean them all up, living in a state that at the time let pdl's run wild . . . . So it can be done, no matter how bleak it looks.

Have you considered telling your boss and coworkers that your id was stolen? And that the theif took out some shady payday loans? I know it's lying, but it can help lessen the embarrassment caused when these places call and tell your coworkers you are about to be arrested for theft and such.

Hi Guys

I just wanted to verify that this a reliable company. I received information about the debt program for a magazine I was reading. When I called the company I was kind of unsure about the process, especially when you have to send in nearlhy $200 to get the ball rolling

There have been good things posted about T&C. Do a search for them in the search box and see what others have said about them. I wouldn't even worry about it. After you finish the program you will get some of that $ back.

A friend is hoping to use T&C to settle some debts, but I can't tell if T&C pay them all and then get refunded by the customer, or just pay all of the debts off over time per an agreement.

Anyone know?
Thanks.

T&C does not pay any accounts up front. You pay them and then they turn around and pay the company for you.
