* The names of the 2 companies you took out the loans with
* Whether or not they are internet or storefront ( an actual store you walked in to for the loan )
* How much you originally borrowed from each
* How much you have paid back so far ( whether it be in interest, fees, rollovers, or nothing at all )
* What state you live in
