Took out a cashnet loan and couldnt pay them back, now they are using a collection attorney Patrick Corbett whom I spoke w/ today. they want 900 plus fees from me. This is already on my credit report..but can they sue if I'm in another state? any chance of cashnet working w/ me, and not through those guys? I did some internet research and Patrick Corbett of Southern Tier agency has alot of complaints filed against them...
any help would be great.

Hold up!!! Patrick Corbett and Southern Teir has been trying to get me to pay all this money back because of a credit card when I have gotten a when I was 18 yrs old. I've never use it and I have never sign on to it. Patrick Corbett is a scam!!! Trust me because they threated to take me to court and never did. Watch out for them! Peace and Blessings

I just got a call from these people today. I sent out a dv letter also. But I already gave them my info. I informed my bank about this and they told me that if they try to withdraw I can file a fraud claim. I emailed them to tell them not to take any money from my account until they hear from my attorney
