I personally have read positive things about T&C and I myself was going to hire them. They do not have a website but they do have a toll free number you can call. They are extremely helpful and polite. Do as volley states and do a search for them and read what everyone has to say about them.

I am currently with T&C and they have been great. One thing to weight out is T&C is not a settlement company so you will pay what you owe. I'm not sure but Langhorne maybe offer settlements. T&C I believe charges you 10% for their fee.
If you have any questions about T&C ask me, I can help you out more.
