I have had a loan with this company and they supplied the monies and had the payments as they said they would taken out of the checking without any problem, except when it comes to contacting them for refinancing or other problems they put you on hold for ever. Angeleyes

I filed a complaint with the AG's office here in Texas about Rapid Cash Management. I had put a stop payment on them and have not heard a word from them since. For awhile they were calling me everyday, but I would only repond through e-mail and they refused to communicate with me that way so I just continued to ignore their calls. Been over a month since I have heard a word from them.

I agreed to a loan via telephone also, for $300 and an $89 finance charge. The funds posted the next day. It was a bit scary but I had no other resources. I haven't paid off the loan yet so they are still debiting my account for $89. Had no idea this was illegal. I've discovered a lot of information here, thanx.

I had a loan with them! And it is rediculus the 89$ fee! For 200$! But I needed the money and that'sa why i took it! But apart from that nothing else is illigal! They keep charging you untill you pay the 200$! If you pay them they want keep charging you! Its better to pay them than close your account! Because closing your account that's illigal! And the verbal agrrement its a contarct! A proper contract! And that why they asking you at first if you have a problem being recorded it! It is really stupid to close your account and go away! Even the US banks have start giving PDL!DO you think that they also are illegal! People don't take the loan! But if you do! Pay it off!or else they will keep charging you until you do!

Rapid cash is very ILLEGal. Sorry Xa , but they are not licensed anywhere in this country to lend. Closing yor bank account is NOT ILLEGAL.

I am not saying that closing your account is illegal! What I am saying is! do you think by avoiding your dept is going to create more problems! Do you think other bank are going to let you have unlimited ACH if you didn't take care of it the first time! Or do you thihnk that these companies are just 10 people in a small office that are trying to sell and then dissappear? They have staff, they lawyers that they have advice them what to do and what is illegal and what is not!

Then their lawyers should have them that it is highly illegal to lend when you have no license to do so. Especially when you are not even located in this country.

None of the people that have actually wrote in this forum done anything! They just made a complain and closed their accounts! None of them took any legal action against them! They are in england! its too far to take any legal actions because its going to cost a lot! And also US and Engalnd have an open market agreement!

please X,this place is illegal in the extreme.first verbal contracts don't hold weight.second it is up to this illegal loan company to know the state laws of the borrower.i think you are one of those 10.so what do you think of that?
