I was due for a 89.00 payment to come out on August 29th. I checked my account & I seen where they deposited $200.00 on that day & then turned around & withdrew 289.00. I argued with them & they told me I was in the wrong. That they deposited the extra 200.00 because of some computer error, which didn't make sense. Then they said they only took out 89.00. Well after checking with my bank & going over statements they did take out the 289.00. I never did get them to admit that they were wrong. The lady told me that I still need to pay the 289.00 if I want the account paid off. According to my records by them taking out the 289.00 then my account would be closed. You can't work with them & the will not back down. Still having problems

Things such as this will continue until you close out your account, they will hit you over and over again.

I used the same company to do a loan and now they're trying to take money back from me. I had attempted time and again to call them to schedule payment arrangements and got no return call - now it's up for review with their "legal team" and going to my HR manager. How do I deal with this? I cannot afford to pay it all up front. ($37 - if I could afford that all at once I wouldn't have needed the loan.

i got a loan for $200 on 8/21/08, and they started taking $89 out of my account EVERY week since then.. it is now up to $450 that they have taken.. and i have sent emails to the only email address they provide the info@rapidmanagement.. and of course there is no response. i am going to have to close my bank account out so they will stop debiting my account.. its ridiculous that they take people when they are down and out for granted! How are u supposed to make payments if you cant call anyone?

It is best to change banks, in my opinion.
