I wish I read this site before, well I did get a loan from them, and it seems everyone online start taking money from my account so my institution closed my account and opened another one, they deputed all the debits and so far I have received only half the funds back in the new account. I tried calling rapid cash management to pay them through western union or money gram and they won't give me the information I need to do so, I emailed them and nothing. So right now I am just waiting for them to call so I can send them the money but I will not give them my new account information.

Being a former employee I would strongly suggest that you fax them or send some sort of written document sayin" I do not authorize you to debit my account for any amount" Mind you like Paul said, if you borrow you should pay back but within reason(Had a customer who paid 20 processing fees, once every 2 weeks!! thats $1780!! jeez). I do not know the fax number. But if you don't want your account to be debited just send a fax or letter. Don't email it's just a waste of time.

spoken like a true employee of this idiot UK pdl.don't close your account.send letters we'll comply.uh,no you won't.you'll take the account for all you can.then still claim the person owes.nope,if the person paid your loan principle they can and should close that account and open a new one.you can go scratch after that tina.

guest,do not send this place any letters until you close your current account.that employee will lie to get more money out of you.this place will NEVER stop debiting until you close your current account.that is the only way.

Am based in London and have worked for Rapid Cash Management its a geneuine company with strict guidlines and not a scam they verify SSN to be sure people are not trying to get money fradulently using other SSN from the company and all actions taking are genuiene i know it really does not make sense to pay a $89 possessing fee for a $200 loan but thats the companys interest they get and the next time u have to pay your $200 u need not pay everything only the $89 every company has to make money one way of or the other thats their way of making money and i can assure u they are actual strict when it comes to verification and giving out loans if you are not eligiable they dont give you. I dont know how the company operates now at the moment because am no longer there but while i was it was okay and the recording was done because its a verbal agreement and under the law u are allowed to carry out verbal agreements as long as there is an intention to create legal relations between parties and besides there is another department called collections that listen to the recordings everyday thats their sole objective and cross checking if alll procedures have been taken adequately. Thats not to say the company does not have its down fall which company doesnt but on the legal side i think every action is taken seriously to protect the interest of the public

Rapid Cash is not.

When did you take out the loans as PA laws have changed.
