ok i have 3 storefront loans down from 5. fastcash said that if it was not pd. by today they would prosecute. what can they do. seek judgement & garnish. or can it be worse. i live in ohio.

Well, probably what they will do is file a complaint in court against you, but basically, what will probably happen is, you will end up agreeing to a payment plan. Take your pay stubs and a budget to show what you can afford. The judge won't garnish your wages unless you DON'T show up in court.

Have you tried making payment arrangements with them? Have you been in contact with them?

yes ihave been in contact. tried today to contact collections office & left voicemail. they called me & said something about a settelment offer but told me to have it pd. today.local storefront didnt know anything about a settlement.hope to hear from them .

Sounds like you are making every attempt to remain in contact with them. IF it does go to court, that will be a good thing to have on your side.
