Just wanted to let you know of this...
I saw that there is now a PDL called "Prosper Payday Loans." Can you believe that!!! Someone is trying to build off of the Prosper name so that when you search the internet for Prosper, the name Prosper Payday Loan comes up!
Just be careful and aware of this.

These companies never stop, do they! That's not surprising, though - they'll do anything to try and 'hook' someone.

Prosper Loans has been around for a while . . . . . I think they are actually backed by the 1st Bank of DE and are more like an installement loan.

It's not a new company. I don't think they are trying to go off of Propser's popularity to trick people into loans.
Prosper is a place where you post and people "bid" on loaning you money.
The other Prosper is nothing like that.

The "payday" loan site this thread is about. It's not a new company. They've been around for a while, and give out installement loans backed by the 1st Bank of DE.
