Quick click loans does not have a license in Alabama but they claim they are not required to have one. I took out a loan with them last year and have just recently missed one payment. They are harassing me at work constantly for one payment. What can they do if they are not licensed here? Can they garnish your wages? Even though I am going to pay them.

Send them a cease and desist letter pronto. You need to tell them only to contact you either by phone, email or usps. I am not familiar with the your pdl laws in the state of alabama but we have numerous members here that will be by to lend a helping hand.

Again, they are not required to have a license in Alabama for the type of lending they do.
They are legal, and will sue you if you do not pay. I had a loan with them, and they took me to court. If you don't want a judgement you have to pay them off.

Also, C & D letters only apply to third party collectors - In most every state the original creditor has the right to call you about the debt.

Just an FYI for anyone out there - Quick Click Loans is like Cash Call - They are not a payday loan company.
