I was wondering if anyone else has had any luck with them. I have sent them letter after letter, fax after fax stating the Iowa state laws and how I took out a 300.00 loan and have already paid them 360.00. They are still trying to make payment arrangements with me. I also received a letter stating I am not cooperating  , (which I reply to all emails and send faxes over and over again), so they are going to send me to charge offs or what have you. Just wondering if anyone else has had luck.

Do you have the phone number so that you can give a call and speak to someone directly about your account? You need to insist for a PIF letter after all the legal charges are paid off.

yes I do. I guess I should just call them. It is alot easier for me to either email or fax, for paper trail. I will make the time to call them. thanks for your advice.
