ca. . .when I was dealing with PayDayMax my emails came from "CPD CustomerService@CreditProtectionDepot.com" but I believe there has been a problem getting anything to them except via telephone. I would try using that address and hopefully you will get through. Address it to Mr. William Reed in the body of the email, not the address itself. Hope this helps.
