If you are referring to 3bpaydayloans they go by Three B Financial at the bbb. Here is the information that I copied for you. I have just settled a refund with them and got a PIF. They did not respond to the BBB or AG and eigth letters but finally they sent an email stating I would get a refund and I did for the full amount that I overpaid!
