I have a pdl with rapid cash for you. Com located in midvale utah i ve been trying to obtain a payoff from these people and to no avail nothing i was searching and found the utah pdl loans on polly blogs site...this is what i found what does this mean????

It looks to me that they failed to renew their business registration that was due in August of this year and that their main business address is in Plano Texas but like most PDLs they are registered is Delaware also.

What state do you live in? How much did you borrow and how much have you paid them so far. This will determine how much you should pay them. Most PDLs are only licensed where they are phyically located. You should mostly be concered if they are legal in the state where you live.

Im in the sticky state-Pennsylvania.... So I think that as long as they are licensed I have to go by the state they are licensed in.....
Loan amount was 400 ive paid 240

That is basically correct but I have heard there may have been recent changes in you states laws. Return to your original thread and someone may post more info there.
