I have a loan with Rapid Cash Management. As far as I can tell they are located in the UK. I have been paying the refinace fee or $89 for 5 weeks now. They will not take payment on the loan unless I pay it in full, which at this time I am unable to do?Any suggestions on how to deal with them?

Hello if they are in UK, then most likely they are ILLEGAL.

How many times have you paid exactly so we can get a total amount. Also how much did you originally borrow?

I have paid 356 dollars I have made 4 payments, my fifth will be this payday 9/26/08. I borrowed $200

Does anyone have an address for them? I have only had contact with them via phone and have not been able to find a website. I do have an email, can I email the request to revoke my wage assignment?
