Can someone include me with the PDL details. How far can the go as to getting you to repay and recovery their money? I'm new here and just starting to learn a little about these things. I've been dealing with these people myself.

When you sign in, go to forum, then click on payday loan help, then cklck on the thread that you want. It took me a while too to learn how to navigate around, and I am famous for not remembering to sign in.I always forget. For now, just do the best you can(and it seems that you are doing ok).The most important thing is that you start getting your financial life back in order

TenDollarPaydayLoan.com (internet 200.00)
Lazer Lenders (internet 200.00)
These are the only two I can remember at the moment till I get my documents together. Most of my PDL were made by internet. for as little as $100.00 to 200.00
I live in the state of New Jersey.

The good news is that PDLS are not permitted im your state.Chances are that you have already paid what you legally owe.

Just as an example, to see if I'm getting this right on how this works with PDL. Lets say I request a PDL for $200.00 their fee is $60.00. Let say the week when my loan payback is due I dont have the full amount of the money to pay it off, I then chose to have them just withdraw from my checking account the $60.00 recurring fee. Let's say this last up to 3 month that I continue to just pay the $60.00 because I cant pay the full amnt. (for some financial reason, which is what happened to me) I then adviced them of my situation of not being able to pay off the loan as I expected. What happens? Does the $60.00 I paid every week as a extended fee count as anything towards what I took as a loan?

Please see Goudah's post above. It is important that your account be closed to avoid being debited by these IPDLS. You need to regain control of your checking account
We do advise members to close their checking account and open a new account at a different bank , to be safe

cookies, your state prohibits pdl's. Which means they are illegal. Which means all the fees they've charged you for rolling over/extending are illegal. They should not even be lending to residents in your state. They are completely illegal.

cookies, close your bank account. Read the "sticky" at the top of this site page regarding closing your account. If you have any questions after reading it, just post and we can help you. You need to close that out, go to a different bank, and open a new account. Ask any questions regarding closing your account. We've all experienced different things about the whole bank account issue. Your pdl's are illegal.
