I have several online payday loans currently open, and I am just drowning. I just recently closed my checking account and re-opened a new one so that I can try and manage the situation a little better, but I have got to find a way to pay these loans back, so I need to find a debt consolidation company that will work with online payday loan companies. I understand I put myself in a hole, but I really want to get everything back on track. Can anyone help me?

Welcome...please read the notes at the top of this forum about closing your account to make sure you covered everything. There are a couple of agencies that do deal with ipdls but you can also take this on yourself if you like. If you could give us the following info we might be able to give you come options:

What state you live in
Name of the pdls
Total amount borrowed
Total amount paid back (don't separate payments and fee's, just they total they took from you account)

It is possible to get yourself clear...many of us here have done it or are in the process.

to me it looks like the ONLY one you owe anything to is Think Cash. It seems like you SOOOOO overpaid the other ones. Please close your existing checking account ASAP, so no more money will be taken by the PDL companies. Open a new account at a different bank. It seems like so many of your states laws have been broken.
Hopefully some one with more experience will come alonng to better help you.
Relax Taya you are actually in good shape

Thank you so much for the feed back. This is all really helpfull. So should I contact the companies that do not have roll over, refinance fees, since I have probably over paid those with all of those roll over fees, and work with them on a payback plan?

These are all internet loans correct?
it looks like the only company that you owe any money to is Think Cash. The others owe you refunds. You need to send each company a letter revoking their Ach debts. and any wage assignments you may have signed. Close your account and get another account at a different bank. You have overpaid these companies.
I believe that you are in great shape. wait for other feedback just to be sure

Yes, these are all online payday loans. I have already closed out my checking account a couple of weeks ago now, and reopened a new account the same say but at my same bank. Do I really need to change banks? Also, Do I just e-mail a letter to these companies about me revoking their ACH rights since I don't have physical mailing address?

While you are at it, file a complaint with your state's attorney general, telling him/her how you have been monetarily raped by those crooks. Seek refunds from the overpayments. The AG can assist you in doing that.

Thanks for your input Anthony. By my calculations, ALL that Taya owes is a mere $250.00 to Think Cash.
Taya, Only 250.00 is what you owe these people, not the thousands you thought. I hope you are happy. These companies owe you money. Each and every one of them. Oh Taya, once these people realize that your account is closed and they can not get any more money from you , dont be surprised if you get a slew of collection calls. Just revoke any wage assignments you may have signed asap. Remember , these people , will threaten you with all kinds of things. They sometimes go around pretending to be the FBI.LOL.
They can not do anything to you, so dont be scared. We have all lived thru it.we are here if you need us.
