All,

first of all--thanks to all of our for your advice and wisdom with these PDL's.

I have resolved all of them except my 2 with MTE. Both of them were way overpaid. All I received back from them was a generic email stating that my loan was not approved. (i didnt request a loan you bozo's)

I was just wondering if anyone has ever been sucessful in getting any money back from them. Overall, I guess I really dont care that much, I will just be glad to be rid of them.

Sherry

I don't think that they are going to refund. You can go through Beware of MTE Financial to know more on MTE's malpractices.

Hello guest, if you type in MTE in the search box in the upper right hand corner of this forum, you will come up with a list of posts made by other members of this forum, that will give you some idea how they dealt with them. Smile

back in the beginning say 2 1/2 years ago, they did, but as people got wise mainly from this community they likely could nt stand the financial hit, I would settle for them closing your account and leaving you alone.. in fact you could try that for your next letter.. offer to drop any claim of refund if they consider your account closed adn paid in full (in writing of course)
