|
|
Has anyone dealt with this company before and had success with getting a refund from them? I had paid off my loan back with them in March, and I'm considering getting a refund if it's a possibility. At the same time, I don't want to be wasting my time if it going to to turn to be beating a dead horse.

I don't have a loan with them, but with several other payday lenders. I am looking into this myself. I posted on a thread a bit ago about the same issue..I am curious to see what kind of responses come up.

I know it is possible to get refunds from some pdls...it really depends on which one you have. Some just give you a pif and call it even. I know people have gotten refunds from World Wide Cash, AIP, I think Payday Select and Payday Ok. Good luck on your pdl battles!

joshua, type in Upfront Cash to google the forum. I swear, I thought I just read a post about someone getting a refund (?) from them? Maybe it was just a PIF. However, I never consider it a waste of time to request a refund for an overpayment. Try it and see if something comes up regarding Upfront Cash....

Yeah, I agree with Cannr - It's always worth the effort to try - You may get a refund! But if you don't try, you know you won't.

Upfront was the first company to mark my account PIF. I did not request a refund from them, as I barely paid over the pricipal, but right after I sent my first letter to them revoking ACH...etc. They sent me a PIF letter stating that my account was paid and in good standing if I ever wanted another loan.
