morningstarr, Indiana doesn't allow internet lending if they're licensed in another state. Am I correct in this? If so, you've paid the principle as well as what your state law allows (if they were even legal). You do know that ameriloan is MTE Financial. They will claim you still owe money. This one will put up a fight to the end. I've read people getting pif's from Zip Cash once they state their laws and that they are illegal in their state. I just can't remember if Indiana allows internet pdl's if they're licensed somewhere. I don't believe they do. But Ameriloan will fight you. If you have confidence in your state AG, you can fight them. But they will not resolve it with you through just the BBB unless you want to pay them more. They will offer a "settlement" and ask for more money. Your state AG is the best bet on that one if you want to fight it.
