US Fast Cash is CRACKING ME UP! I keep firing them emails and cc'ing the AG. Apparently they got tired of hearing from me and responded by telling me they were no longer going to accept my emails. So, I of course, sent them another one. They responded back in HUGE BOLD LETTERS that this was not US Fast Cash and to stop emailing them and they will not accept any more emails from me. compliancedepartment@usfastcash.com isn't US Fast Cash??? Okay. However, this email included their NASTY one that threatened me attached to it. I stated that since they no longer want to correspond with me - as they so boldly stated - that I consider my loan pif, written off, or whatever. I then went on to tell them I have filed complaints with the BBB, the AG, and the TFC and that I now have written documentation from US Fast Cash stating that they will not respond to me any more. So..... thank you very much, US Fast Cash, for putting your lies and threats in writing. All the more hard documentation for me. Of course, this was all cc'd the the AG. Gotta love US Fast Cash! Hell, all I needed was something in writing! Thank you for that, you bozo's!

Thanks, irish! I guess I just bugged them to death until they wanted me to disappear! But I expect them to turn me over to collections or something. I'm sure they're not going to leave me alone. But I at least have documentation of them refusing to correspond with me any longer! What more do I need? LOL! I'll gladly leave them alone! I swear, they've probably blocked my email address! LOL!

Yeah, US Fast Cash is so weird! I don't know how they decide to pick and chose their battles. They may or may not turn you over to collections, but you have a lot of hard documentation now to back you up! Awesome for you! I had defaulted with them back in Feb...and they pulled the demand draft check stunt with my bank. I got the money back from the bank, but since the payment did clear at first, I guess US Fast Cash just marked my account closed...anywhoo, to make a long story short they are still soliciting my business because I was such a previous good customer...lol

Oh, joshua, I'm cracking up! They are so friggin goofy! They're actually sending me emails stating they are NOT US Fast Cash. This from their compliance department email address! How retarded can you possible get? All I care about is that I have documentation. That's why I hound the hell out of these people and try to get responses via email or US mail. No phone calls. I don't even take the phone calls. I want written documentation. I just think they are hilarious! "We are not US Fast Cash", when the email is from usfastcash. Duh!

Oh, this just keeps getting better! Now US Fast Cash keeps sending all my emails back to me! LOL! I guess they're trying to flood my email box now! LOL! Okay by me. MORE documentation of their "tactics". What a total bunch of morons! They just hit "forward" and send all of the back to me. Well, I guess they don't mind paying someone at their company to keeping hitting "forward" on emails! LOL! These guys are a riot! You know, I do believe I'll respond to that email. Yes, I do believe I will.

Okay, Cannr...pick just ONE of the emails they've forwarded back to you and forward it to them. Keep hitting that button for this one single email every time you get it back. You could also add a disclaimer atop that email that reads: "This is an attempt to settle a debt. Any and all information gathered will be used for that purpose." How would they EVER explain that to your AG? Here you are, trying to get a response and they keep forwarding it back to you numerous times? Hilarious! Very Happy
