Ok, I believe I have found the source for the regular $90 ACH debit that has been coming out of my account every two weeks (listed as Fox Enterprises). I believe it is from Apollo Group - I did a PDL with them in April of 07 - just found the email and it says they will rollover/refinance my account until I contact them - so they have been rolling this over since April of last year!
I am sending them a letter and canceling ACH for them - does anyone have an address? I have a fax number I can send it to if no mailing address is available.
I cannot believe I have been letting them pull $90 out of my account every two weeks for almost a year - to think of the time when an $180 would have made a difference in a tough month. Ugh.

If they have a CA address are they licensed in CA? They can't be with their practices..... right?

Will do - i also just emailed the letter to them at the email address with loan terms - I know that is likely not a valid address but figured it just gave me another data point on how I contacted them.
