I could use some advice, I have 6 payday loans out all store front. Every other paycheck I go running around either to pay the interest or pay one off only to have to take it back out. Im gonna have to default on these loans cause Im making my self sick trying to keep up with them all. If I go in there and try to work something out with each one what are my chances that they will? Or do I need to call there corporate number and set something up with them.

Welcome...bewitchin...many people have have had the same problem...please list which companies you are dealing with. I am sure some of our member will be familiar with some if not all of them. If the store fronts are members of the CFSA they are required by law to let your make an extended payment plan...EPP...Can you also tell us what state you are in??

I have had several store front one's and they are usually willing to work with you if you are hoest with them. Thanks and good luck to you.

chick, we can help you out. If you can post what state you reside in, we can check out the pdl law. If you post the names of each storefront, we can check to see if they are members of the CFSA and you can invoke the EPP if they are. If some of them aren't, you may be able to make payment arrangements anyway. However, we need to know what state you reside in and the names of the storefronts. Then we can help! Very Happy
