I received this email today. I think this is from when I filed with the FTC.

At this point I can tell you this company isn’t licensed to operate a business in Delaware and the address you have given for them is a Mail Boxes Etc. Please advise me of the status of your complaint.

What I find interesting is that their address is a Mail Boxes Etc. My complaint with The Loan Shop was resolved with a refund but, I thought posting this would be beneficial to others in terms of providing information to file a possible complaint. Also, for those that don't get a response right away when filing complaints encourage you not to lose hope.

Wow, so they're doing the mail drop thingie!! Just like Cashtoday and Bass!! And we know those places are two stellar businesses....NOT!!

One of the things I found out about filing complaints against these companies is when they are investigated, you may get to find out who you're really dealing with.
