how long did it take for some of you to get letters back from the pdl's. I sent 4 letters out and have not heard anything back yet.

Sometimes you will hear back really fast, other take months to respond. It really is hard to predict. Some hear back right away, while others don't from the same company.

Just be patient, and just keep sending them the letters. They will eventually respond.

If you have a fair deal and sure of company violating the laws in your state, send all your correspondences CC'd to your attorney general. You might get your refund quickly.
