I got another call from Payday Loan Yes. They call me 2x's a day at least every other day at work. I get calls from different people each time. Alisha, Tim Atkins, Joe, John, Mr. Narse and Meredith.

I get a call first thing this morning when I walk into my office and it is a new guy and he mumbles his name I actually started cracking up on the phone. He didn't find it amusing anyway he says we need to discuss your debt. You owe us $495, since we had return bank fees, etc. You have paid only 5 payments of $90.00 on a $300 loan you took out with us and if you are willing to set up a payment arrangement with us we can negotiate this debt and probably get it down to $250. I started laughing again and something else was said and he hung up on me. I thought I would share this with everyone. I just usually get so upset that I guess I just needed to let this just roll off my shoulders for once.

One more question is Payday Loan Yes, Paycheck Today all part of MTE Financial? Is any of these others part of it as well: The Loan Shop, Impact Cash, VC Funding, B&L Marketing? Just curious.

Absolutely not, I paid them a total of $450.00 on a $300 dollar loan. Like I have said on some of my other posts, if a payday lender does not want to give out a physical address to send a payment(this one I overpaid)in money order only-not moneygram, western union or prepaid credit card they will not get another dime from me period. I have asked Paycheck Today before to give me there address and they will not, I do owe them $500. I only paid them $150 on a $500 loan, but since they will not give me this address they will not get payment. Since then they sent it to ACA Recovery, again if no address for the original creditor no payment, sue me and I will have proof in court that I have emailed over and over the same thing to them I will pay by money order give me your address.

I just got a e-mail from payday loan yes today from a Kelly B. She stated that she wanted more information in regards to my loan like my full name and my social security number. The e-mail states my name and I only sent the last four of the social security number. I just faxed and e-mailed them on Sunday in regards to this illegal loan(I live in NC were payday loans are illegal). Should I resend the letter or just play the waiting game?

hey wssu, I sent them my SSN# because on most of the accounts I didn't have an account #, they just used my SSN. That was the only way they knew who I was. I figured it wouldn't hurt to send that since they already had my SSN from when I took ou the loan.

Paycheck today was the first and easiest one that I worked with. Actually, they gave me a PIF within the first week.

Pay Day Loan shops have been run out of the state of Arkansas, unless the conform to the Arkansas Usury Law. Attorney Generals from around the nation are looking into shutting these businesses (theives and loan sharks) down. Hopefully situations such as these will decrease soon.
