HI,
does anyone know the phone number to customer service, a live person!, so I can contact them about monies that they have been taking out of my checking account. Has anyone had any problems with them, as far as them taking out monies, when I dont remember taking out a loan with them. You cant find a phone number to contact the. My bank told me to issue a stop payment on the deductions, has anyone done this? any help would be gratly appreicated!!

Sky here....I did end up with another checking/saving account at a credit union. In case Wachovia makes a mistake, I'll have somewhere to move my $$ quickly..

I still can't find the sample letters that need to go to pdl...I've got everything else but those. There is one letter that consolidations all the revokes, do contact, etc..my brain is not functioning Sad

I recd a phone call from one pdl this morning...didn't speak with them, but I know it was in response to their ach block on my account.

I also recd an email from the other pdl in response to my fax...nothing said about the ach block. Wanna read the email?

I also told both pdls that they never disclosed to me the fact of their not being licensed to do business in my state making their loan operations illegal.

sky, don't speak to them. Do everything via email. If they call you, send 'the letter' via email to them again. If they email you, send 'the letter' via email as a response. Just keep sending that letter to them.

...edollarsdirect in their email to me admitted to being domiciled in another country, and that on pg 4 of the contract they state they are outside this country. I have every piece of paper they emailed to me and there is no page 4. New tactic...add documentation after the fact?
He also said Aaron explained everything in detail to me over the phone...it was a 5 second conversation. The details were extensive... Laughing

Has anyone considered mentioning these guys to their state's internal revenue service...states sure are missing out on a lot taxes. I wonder if these guys paid taxes in the state they say they are domiciled?

EDollarsDirect has turned me over to collections! AIS Services...email was from ICollect.com. Loan $300 and I pd to date $960; ach blocked 4/25; turned over for collection 4/30. Is that record time or what?

I forgot to say in the pdl's email to me, they did offer a settlement and a time frame in which to settle. I did keep the email.
