Need assistance in stopping PDL loan drafts....

I have 3 payday loans:

PayDayOne - $1000; paid $180; $244 due on May 30th
PayDayMax - $750; $143 due on May 30th
MyCashNow - $750; $179 due on May 30th

I signed up with PDL Assistance, and the $200 enrollment fee is to be drafted out of my account on May 19th. I tried emailing them today with some questions, but got a delivery failure stating "this address no longer accepts email". So, now I am unsure about using them. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

In the meantime, I would like to find out what steps I would need to take if I were to stop these on my own, if it is legal (I am in Texas) for me to close my bank account or if I should leave it open and send the C&D and ACH Authorization Revocation letters to the 3 lenders. I am not sure how to handle this on my own, that was why I was hoping someone else could. Any and all information, tips, guidance would be greatly appreciated. This is a vicious cycle that people get into. I have had payday loans off and on for 5 years, and have always paid them off, although it always took many months to pay them off. I swore I would never get them again, but unexpected things happened in the last few weeks and I had no where else to turn, but sitting down and taking a hard look at my budget and the finance charges for these, I just can't do it and still have money for the essentials (house bills, groceries, gas). I am a single mom with two teenagers. Please give me any advice that you can. I have read the Texas laws posted on here, but I do not know if they are in violation of any laws. They are all internet loans.

I can't put my account on deposits only, as I use a debit card for most all of my purchases. I read another posting that said if you close your bank account in Texas that they can sue you for fraud. ???? Is that true?

From what I was told, internet loans can't go after you for fraud as they do not have a written check.
