I'm in way over my head here.

i currently have about 9 payday loans out and i'm currently at a point where i'm taking new loans off to pay the old ones.

Here is a list of my loan companies

500FastCash $350/$475
USFastCash $350/$425
TheCashSpot $300/$375
CashtransferCenters $900/$1140
TotalLendingInc $300/$390
Cashnetusa $255/$290
paychecktoday $400/$520
cashadvancenetwork $500/$750
rapidcashforyou $500/$650

I have one more from payday2go but i'm trying to find the info. the first amount is the amount borrowed second is whats currently due. i'll have to do some more homework to find out the total paid on each.

I live in California

i'm also looking for info on where i can find form letters. I would like to revoke ach debit authority, and employment garnishment authority as well.

Thank You
Steve

I am no expert here but from what I have read on the forums, the first thing I would do is check to see if these places are licensed to do business in your state. I believe this information will help you in determining where to go next.

I am sure someone else with greater knowledge will be along soon.

Your payday loan debt seems to be in a very bad shape. I think that you can go for debt consolidationwhich will help you to: -
• eliminate or reduce accumulated interest rates and late payment penalties.
• make a single payment rather than 9
• formulate a debt repayment plan for managing debt effectively

If you like to get expert advice for getting out your current debt situation then you can have a free counseling session from our community’s financial advisors.

Hello dzdncfsd, I think the first place we should start here is to find out if these Internet pdl's are licensed in your state. You can search also if you like, just place the names of each company in the upper right hand corner search box of this forum and you will come up with tons of information on these companies. I will do the same and get back to you. Consolidation might be an option but I am quite sure you could take care of this matter yourself without paying out more money and taking out another loan to pay these off, of course that is your call. I will get back to you on these companies and let you know if they are licensed/legal to loan in your state. Smile

I tried going through the licensee data base for Ca. but it appears to be down for maintenance right now, this is the information I have found so far about your Internet loans, all this was found here at this forum. Smile

500FastCash isn't licensed/legal to lend.

USFastCash, Unlicensed/illegal

TheCashSpot (Also known as American Consumer Credit)
I'm not sure about that ^^ one.

CashtransferCenters, Unlicensed/illegal

TotalLendingInc, I'm not sure but I think they're legal.

Cashnetusa, is this an installment loan? I'm unsure on this one also.

paychecktoday, Unlicensed/illegal

cashadvancenetwork, I'm unsure about this one too.

rapidcashforyou, Unlicensed/illegal

aka PAYDAYLOANYES.seems they are starting to invoke
cashnetusa to try to legitimize there efforts, maybe the OP could PM me or you and reaveal what entry is on there bank statement.if it is something like this.

CASHNET PEEFLS OR CASHNET 500

Hi, dz! Very Happy

Here's just a little more info. for you:

500FashCash - unlicensed/illegal - overpaid 125.00. These guys are Satan.
USFastCash - unlicensed/illegal - overpaid 75.00. These guys are also Satan.
CashTransferCenters - unlicensed/illegal - overpaid 240.00 - these guys will throw a wage assignment at your employer if you still owe them money. Totally overseas and illegal.
TheCashSpot - claims on their website they are licensed & bonded in Delaware. However, I checked the licensee database in Delaware and they are NOT there.
Total Lending - pain in the a$$ - claim they are licensed; however, won't give out any information. I personally call them unlicensed/illegal. Overpaid 90.00. These guys are kind of ruthless.
CashNetUSA will be licensed/legal. You'll have to pay on their terms.
PaycheckToday - unlicensed/illegal - overpaid 120.00. Another Satan one.
CashAdvanceNetwork (CAN) - unlicensed/illegal - overpaid 250.00. Yet another Satan one.
RapidCashForYou - claims they are located in Utah. I checked the Utah licensee database - they are NOT there. I say overpaid 150.00.

Steve, have you done anything with your bank account yet? Is it still open/active? Please let us know the status of your bank account. Also, you would like letters, we can get these to you. First, please, please let us know that bank account status and also how much you have paid exactly. We can help you here.
