I have a pdl with Geneva Roth. After coming upon this site I have closed my account and revoked my authorization for them to debit my account. I haven't heard anything from them since I have done this. Yesterday I received a message on my phone saying they needed to hear from me by Monday at 3 because their legal team has decided to go forward and bring a legal suit to my employer for the full amount due. Are they full of crap or is this serious? I would talk to them regarding a settlement, but this is the first I've heard from them and I'm definitely not going to do it over the phone. Any ideas?

Its a common scare tactic commonly used by these illegal PDL lenders. What you need to do, is send them a letter stating your state laws(paydayloaninfo.org) and what you have borrowed versus what you have paid, if you owe anything according to your state laws, you should pay that, if you have paid per your state laws, tell them that and you also need to state that you revoke any wage assignment you signed with them or any of their sister companies.

Ive delt with them earlier this year there full of it but if you havent done so already close your account and open up a account at a new bank because if not they will get your new bank account information and debit from the new account there very sneaky!
