They do not seem to listen. I sent them a letter via email, mail and fax stating not to contact me via telephone, that I revoked them from debiting my account etc..etc...
Well - this lady from webpayday continues to call me at work and home. I sent another cease and desist letter this morning via fax and I am hoping they get the point. In the letter I told them they were breaking the law and I would procede with getting an attorney involved if they dont stop calling.... waiting to see if it stops.
Anyone else having issues with them?

Yep. Same story here. As of today mine was to be auctioned off to a third party collection agency. I was nervous at first, but now I'm glad. I hope to be able to work with the ca instead of people who don't listen to me. I sent them several letters and emails. They just ignore it. I only legally owe them $260 but they are trying to get $520 out of me. They insist they are licensed, but they aren't to my knowlege.
