paul...I think they probably mentioned the fact that it was a repeat endeavor and how the conditions were understood previously, and complied with. I am almost positive that is what my response to the BBB said. But..like I said, I never dignified the fact by responding to it.

I just got this email from The Loan Shop and was shocked! I have to share it because it is so exciting!!!!

Has anyone ever dealt with E-Payday-Loan? I have sent them letters and emails which they have been ignoring. Every few days they send me an email stating they are having problems with my bank account and then another one stating if I don't contact them they will report me to Teletrack. I am not worried about that at all. Everytime they send me an email I have been replying with all of my previous emails, asking them to please respond in writing. Well this was my reply today:

I thought it was actually pretty funny! Very business like on their part! I do owe the $210. I guess I will just slowing start sending them money orders to the address I have? The other interesting thing about them is when I made my BBB complaint I did so for their address in the state of Utah. The BBB replied to me saying they are actually Global Payday Loan LLC in Pennsylvania. If anyone else has dealt with them, especially if you owed them money, I would like to know how it was resolved, please.

Good Afternoon!! been awhile since I have been online.. but I got a strange Voicemail at work today from "Linda Princheds (sp?) office" with a phone number 1-888-265-5074 regarding a "payday loan" I recieved in --2004?????.
I of course google it and this thread comes up ... tempted to call this idiot and see what the ^T%$%^&* is she calling ME about... but then from experience I know NOT to call them, because they harrass me forever again...
SO to pinpoint precisely who these idiots are, are we talking Loan Shop from Delware, or Loan Shop from NV or are they the dorks that hired Jackson Phillips out of Jacksonville to harass people about Loan Shop/ Westbury Ventures/BMG/Express Cash/PD 6 Ventures and the list goes on................
been so long since I have to deal with this I am confused who to write to next............

I have tried myself to find an address, but no luck. I will tell you they are based out of Malta from what they told me when I inquired. So this makes them higly ILLEGAL! They refused to give me a physical address when I emailed through their website. They kept refusing so I told them I considered this matter closed. I never heard from them again. All I was able to do is log in online, but they never gave me any phone number, mail address, or direct email to contact them. Best of Luck

I just signed up with PDL Assistance and paid the 200 dollars to them. I already closed my account, and now am getting harassed. The lenders I have are:
Paycheck Today 300 / 180pd
B.I.G. Ltd. 200 /0 pd
CashAdvanceNetwork 300 / pd 180
Loan Shop 300 /135 pd
CashCentral (L&G Finance, Inc.) 300 / 76.03 pd
Amscot (walk-in) 500 / 0 pd
ameriloan 300 / 270 pd
I live in Florida, and need to know if I should cancel with PDL Assistance and do this myself, or what? Are these loans legal here in Florida?
