Myself and a other person is dealing with this payday loan company that is based out of Colorado. The company will mail checks to your home without your knowledge or permission. The owner is following the laws of South Dakota. He has PO Boxes in the following states: Utah and Colorado. If you or someone you know is dealing with this company. Please contact the Attorney General Office in your home state and the Colorado Attorney General Office as soon as possible. The MD Attorrney General Office as given the owner by Friday to refund the other person the funds they have paid to the company or face legal action.
My advice to the community is if you do not want anyone to call your home or job all day and night, please do not have any dealings with this company. No amount of money is worth the hassle and the embrassment that you will have to go through.
