Hi there katrinamaere and welcome to the forum. I found these here, at the forum, not sure if they are valid or not, but you could try.

Fax 817-335-1100
Ph: 800-708-4342
You might also try looking at your bank statement.

I have read here that this company may be located overseas, which would require International calling. Does anyone here know if that's true or not?

I also had a loan from them for $300, after the 1st payment of $90 I sent them a fax and told them to deduct my full amount. However after 3 more deduction of $90 I had to close my checking account. Today I received a call from a collection company! They told me if I did not go wire $800 right now the police would be at my work at 2:00 to get me. The guy on the phone continued to tell me that I was going to jail, I would never see my children again, I would never be able to get a good job and I could possibly DIE in jail!!!

I hope you did not believe him. He broke every law in the book by speaking to you that way. No one goes to jail for not paying a pay day loan. Also no one alerts you to the fact that the police are coming to arrest you. What a jerk. This is not going to happen.

I wish I would have recorded the phone conversation. It would blow your mind. When I tried to ask some questions he told me to shut up! How do I clear this up? I spoke with someone to try and clear this up and they told me the only person I could contact was that collection agency. Also, I live in Alabama, is is against the law to roll over the loan more than once?

i would check your state laws when it comes to recording calls.that is something to look into.as kash said no one should be talked to like that, but find out your state laws first.you may have to inform the person on the other end before recording.

I called the number and spoke with them.(800-708-4342) the deal is, even though you make direct depost payments it does not pay your loan. Untill you pay your complete loan off, they charge a hefty waiver fee every 2 weeks. I am not sure this is legal, does anyone know?

This is there address I got a loan from them as well. I think they are rip offs as well. How can you give a loan in the US and be in the Indies. Plus they are not allowed to be talking to you that way.

It sounds fishy to me. Kinda like a rollover in disguise. I'd bet it's illegal.

the phone is 800-708-4342
the fax is 800-708-4351
the customer svc company is clearwater bay marketing, and their lender is sandpoint capital. also, once your account is in collections, the company no longer owns it..it goes to a collections agency called icollect. they don't call you, then send you an email and you have to contact them. no one from any of these companies called you and threatened you, because they can't. as for the payments, they take a finance charge out on each due date until you pay down or pay off the loan. read their documents carefully and listen to them. know what you are getting into or DON'T TAKE OUT A PAYDAY LOAN!!!!
