I have several payday loans and was reading some information on this site and a place called T&C was mentioned. What is this, can they help with payday loans?

Hi jojois29- I'm pretty new to the forum however, I've heard some good thing about T & C so far. I called them yesterday and the girl I spoke with told me they were one of the few places that did work with PDLS. She asked me a few brief questions about the loans and told me she would mail a packet out for me to review/think about. She said I should have it by Thursday or Friday.

From what I can tell they are like a consumer credit counceling service, they work out payment plans with your creditors and you make one payment each month to T & C and they pay your bills and keep track of you balances. I'm excited to see the paper work to see what it exactly is. Stay tuned....Lots of folks here have lots to say about this, they won't steer you wrong. Reny

Just be sure that whoever you go with, check them out.

Also ask them to tell you of the fees, how much you will have to have put in your account before they statrt paying the creditors-anything you can think of
