Good call goudah, also T&C will deal with ALL of my debt rather than just the PDL's, which will be of much more benefit (to me that is) than Langhorne. That's what Langhorne is - a Payday Loan Settlement Company. That's why I think I'm going to go with T&C.

I just have to get some things straightened out with them before I can sign on the dotted line.

Absolutly Tukk!

Cindy - Quick Message or Private Message? If it's a Quick Message, look to the right of the screen under the search box. There should be a link that says "My Page". You can go there to read any Quick Messages. If it's a Private Message, you would click on the link that says "You have 1 new message" in the same area.

Cindy, I think that since you are such a new member your "page" isn't up yet . . . . Because normally you can go to anyones page, but I can't get to yours.

I also just sent you a Quick Message to test things out.

I would PM Mike about the problem.

I have been with T&C now for almost 4 months now and they been a good company. If you include your other debts with T&C, just be careful they charge you 10% per year of your total balance with them. I sort of wished I did not include my collections accounts as the amount owed was not reduced in anyway. I could have handled those collection accounts on my own (and maybe settle at a lower amount) and put my pdl with T&C. Other than that, the reps are good to work with but the hold time to talk to one is rather long.

Have they called your referances? That's what I most scared of. My sister would flip. Out of the 7 I have 2 PIF and 2 working out a payment plan. I'm so afraid of Cash2day4u though. I can't understand the guy who calls me now I can't imagine the collectors..
Thanks
Cindy

cynthia, I personally haven't had any of my pdl's call my references. I told my references to maybe expect phone calls, just to give them a heads up on what's going on. But none of them called them. They just called and emailed me. And Cash Today will probably just hound you. And your work place. Unfortunately.

Ok Great. Tomorrow is when they will go into default. So I will be expecting call's. I did sign up for langhorne and Monday will be the first payment date so hopefully they won't be to bad on Thursday and Friday.
Thanks
Cindy

It might even a while before they even start calling you. Some of these pdl's, it takes them a few weeks of not getting their payments before it dawns on them that something is not right! LOL! So you'll probably be good next week. Give them time though! And, if you're working with Langehorne, I'm sure - if they do trap you on the phone - you can tell them to contact Langhorne. Right? You'll be fine. If you get any nasty calls, just be sure and post! We can share our telephone stories!

yes I will. cash4u2day or whatever there name is this week keeps calling to see if I want an extension. They call a couple times a day already. I keep just saying what I can't understand you. The lady sitting next to me is cracking up. She know's what's going on and has got a call or 2 from him. Anyway, thanks for all your help. Atleast I got rid of some of them before I went to langhorne. Now I'm working with my credit cards also from this site and have 2 of them cut the interest rates in half. And also got my full paper paycheck ready to go into the bank sitting here on my desk. OH Happy Day!!!

cynthia- I read where you got your cc interest cut in half, good going!! After you pay on them a while, call them back and see if they will completely drop the interest, they did for me. I told them I wanted to completely paid off, and they did..Good Luck..KAren
