Does anybody have any information on or experience with Langhorne debt solutions llc? I looked into the name after speaking to a representative of 1800899Cash.com - we came to a settlement agreement in which I would wire transfer the payment via Western Union and the payee would be "Langhorne Law" per the rep. Also, a rep from Urgent Cash Advance mentioned that he has 20 clients using "Langhorne" in an email. I was curious, so I Google them.

I found langhornedebtsolutions.com site, filled out the form, and received a call yesterday. I haven't had a chance to speak to them, mainly because I want to see if anybody on the forum has any insight into this company. I don't know anything about them, and I don't want to get into any more messes. They seem legit, BBB certified, so I'm hopeful.

If you know anything about Langhorne debt solutions, your input is HIGHLY appreciated.

Thanks guys! You all rock!

Langhorne debt solutions llc is a settlement company that deals solely with internet payday loans. The owner of langhorne debt solutions used to be or maybe still is a member here, I believe. I know that kscornell has used them and hopefully she will be here later and can share her experiences with them. From my understanding you save up money in a savings account and when there is enough there, they negotiate to pay off the loans. You can do a search on here and see what everyone has to say about them and hopefully kscornell will see this and give you her input.

thanks Sass...I appreciate the information. I'm curious if langhorne debt solutions can help me out.

Also, I did a search on the BBB website, it says langhorne debt solutions are not a BBB member. Just an FYI.

If you do a search for Marcia Brady's Lovechile, you can find the posts that an employee of Langhorn Law made here.

thanks goudah...that's interesting. I wonder why 1800899cash.com is having the payee listed as "Langhorne Law" - obviously I don't have a contract or anything.

Odd.

I am asking Langhorne about that through the e-mail.
The phone number is 866-529-0217.
I was told to close my checking accounts.Make sure that my savings accounts accepted ACH withdrawals as this is how they deduct the money from you
I was also told to be prepared for harrasing phone calls in the beginning. So far CTC has sent an e-mail this Monday to my human resouces department.
On the 27th of July was my first payment to Langhorne.

I would guess, cynthia, that the pdl's haven't been fully notified to deal only with Langhorne - probably because any correspondence hasn't gotten in the right hands.

That's just a guess though. I'm going to call them this afternoon and see what happens. I have spoken to T & C Acceptance and have my contract in hand - right now I'm just trying to decide which path is the correct path.

I have contacted Langhorne also and thought that they would take the calls as soon as they got payment. I need to decide what I'm going to do. I already got 2 Paid in full. I have not defaulted yet on any of my laons so calls have not started i just don't know how bad they will be. I can't sit here and get calls all day long at work.
Thanks
Cindy

cynthia,

The calls from PDL collectors are non-stop, all day long. The Cease and Desist letters that I have sent out have been completely ignored by these people. Well, I shouldn't say completely ignored - a few have agreed not to call me at work.

I just spoke to langhorne debt solutions and the Account Executive was very helpful and nice. He seems to be confident that they can help me. The only problem is my payments will be ~$300 or so for the next 12 months, but that's way better than paying $2000 a month in fees!

I'm still in limbo as far as where to turn for my debt solution. Town and Country or langhorne debt solutions?

I think the biggest difference between T&C and Langhorn is that T&C is a debt consolidation company, meaning they will make payments every month on your debts, and Langhorn is a debt settlement company, meaning they will wait until you have a good chunk of money saved, then they will negotiate settlements with the pdl's.

Cindy - If you do decide to go with a company, any time a pdl calls just tell them to call Company X and give them the phone number. Then hang up.

Tukk - I think that's a decision you have to make for yourself. I've heard good things about both companies, and some bad things. But a lot of that can be chalked up to people sometimes having unrealistic expectations about what will happen.

Do you have any other debt besides the pdl's? If so, I know that T&C also consolidates other kinds of debt too, so that may be a reason to go with them. But Langhorn is also a good choice, as they know exactly how to deal with these companies to get what they want.
