Cashnetusa seems to be reasonable, licensed

In the midst of all these PDL problems there is this one company, NetCashUSA that seems to be reasonable, licensed and plays by the rules. They have not tried to extort money from me. Have charged a reasonable rate and just sent me a last chance settlement offer before they sell me off to a CA. I am going to call them and explain that I can't do a lump sum payment and would like an installment agreement of an amount I have not dtermined yet.
Has anyone had any bad experince with them. They seem to be an exception to the rule. I am leaving work right now so I will read this tomorrow AM. Thanks in advance.

That was supposed to be a new topic. Could someone please move it to where it is supposed to be? My bad as they say. Who started that anyway?

Do what others are doing with CashNetUSA. Read this one.

They are hard to accept a payment plan but if you keep sending your money, they will post payments to your file.

I am dealing with Cashnet USA as well, but I am paying them in full by Moneygram Express Payment. When I spoke to them, they were extremely nice. I was supposed to send them a payment today through Moneygram but I forgot. I'm a bonehead! So I am sending it to them tomorrow!

They do seem reasonable and are one of the few ipdl's that follow laws and have a license in each state they do business in.

So much for nice. They just called my 80 year old father in law looking for me. Two days after they sent me a settlement notice that gave me seven days to reply. I did set up an installment plan however. Now I will go back and chew them a new ....

How do the pdl's get your relatives or friends information. I don't remember giving them any reference information.

You have to give three references on the initial application....
