I think that I will take their offer, because I got a 300 dollar loan from them and have paid 170 on it.

• Form 2b – Loan Supplement with your ESignature indicating your understanding of your new loan terms, your renewal terms, and default terms.
• Form 3 – ACH Authorization with your ESignature authorizing Cash Supply to credit your account with the loan proceeds as well as debit your account for the repayment of the loans and/or fees to Web Payday.
On Friday November 9, 2007, as Recovery Manager for Cash Supply, I was made aware of this issue through an email received and it is our desire to resolve this matter with you.
Settlement Offer:
Even though your contracts clearly show that you agreed to the renewal of your loan, it is our strong desire to resolve this issue with you and, as such, are willing to settle for the remaining principal balance of the loan which is $200.00. After the payment is received your loan will be marked as paid in full and no further obligation would be pending. You can mail it to our lock box location 2957 Clairmont Rd 500 Atlanta, GA 30329. |

I you can do it without it strapping you do it. You are paying about 22 percent which is not that bad! Then you will be done and can move on!

should i wait and hear back from the FTC and the AG concerning them????
i was thinking about that, or do i wait until they call me and tell them that i have resolved the issue.

I would just send them the $$ and be done with it. I just heard that cash supply was hard to get a physical address from them.....

Can you PM a copy of whatever letter you sent them as so maybe they would bite a little on the amount they are claiming I owe?
