OK...in response to my friend Cannr:
I have re-emailed each of the 6 ipdls I am fighting right now. I also filed complaints with the BBB, The Indiana AG and the FTC on each of them.
I am currently pursuing MCN,MTE,GFSIL,United Cash, Nationwide and US Fast Cash.
I haven't heard from any of them in a little over a week now...I am waiting for the bomb to drop...LOL.

United Cash Loans left me alone for a really long time and then all of the sudden they started emailing me every day with a settlement offer for about $200 more than what I legally owed them. They never backed down until I gave them the case number for my chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Nationwide is going to threaten you, get ready for that, they are also going to direct you to send payments to Langhorne, they are still doing that, I have received a few pm's recently from others who are being told by Nationwide to send their payments to Langhorne in PA. GFSIL will bug the every living crap out of you, they will call 10 times in a row all day and night for weeks on end. Ignore them, they go away after a couple of months, especially if you have filed complaints against them.

Once Nationwide was contacted by my state's AG, they agreed to settle with me for the principle that was owed. Hopefully your AG will be able to help you out in the same way.

Like Sassnlucy, United Cash left me alone for a long time, too. I even wondered if they had gone out of business, because they didn't respond to any of my contact efforts. I think they only ended up contacting me one time..I sent them Polly's blessed letter, and they immediately marked me paid in full.

tendollar payday is Rio resources, they are always scared, so that one will be relatively easy. polly's letter works great for them. Paychecktoday was probably my second easiest to deal with..Believe it or not ICS was the easiest!
Good luck!! we're here for you.

Do you mean CashNetUsa or NetCashUsa? Because CashNetUSA is usually licensed in the states they loan, they "rent" the licenses of pawn brokers located in that state or another business that is licensed under check cashing laws.

I think Rio is NM and NV, with a dummy box in OK. They are all the generic looking sites, usually with money amounts in their names! It's been a long time, thankfully, but I remember United cash had the most generic website of all!

Lord, ya'll, this is so confusing.
I though $500 was MTE as well as tendollar, or so I was told. That is where my confusion started.
IF MTE is $500 and Tendollar, then I dont know what loan they are actually willing to settle for $300 (they aren't getting that). Also my loan from paychecktoday.com states MTE on it. How many friggin companies do they have????

Really, paychecktoday is MTE?? I did not know that! Bflow, it's amazing how many aliases these theives have! A year and a half ago I had three loans from one company, Rio resources. These people will do anything to confuse us.

It says that they are MTE Financial Svcs, Inc. d/b/a Paycheck Today.
See why I don't know WHAT FRIGGIN LOAN they are talking about?
