Hi,

1. What state do you live in?? Pennsylvania
2. Who did you borrow from?? Full name of lender. My Cash Now(mycashnow.com)
3. How much did you borrow? 500.00
4. How much have you paid? 191.52 (none towards principle)

I still owe: 639.65

Hi, I live in Pennsylvania and stupidly took out a $500.00 payday loan from mycashnow.com.

I was wondering if I should pay the principle and the rediculous "fees" or just pay the remaining principle?

Payday loans are illegal in PA. You are only morally obligated to pay back the principal amount borrowed, no interest or fees. In forums section, payday loan help, there is a link on how to deal with illegal lenders.

I read through the step-by-step, but I am still not sure if mycashnow is legal or illegal in my state(Pennsylvania). The list just says they need to be licensed. So should I continue paying them the ridiculous fees just in case they might be licensed in PA?
