DO NOT DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!any loan that requires upfront money is a scam period.any address they give is false,and once they get your money you will never hear from them again.it's called the advance fee loan scam,and should be avoided at all costs.

Is this a payday lender? The reason I ask is you have posted it in the payday loan help section. I have never heard of them, sounds fishy.
