I am been fighting this PDL war since yesterday and many of you have helped. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

However,

This place called my boss AGAIN today, told him that i was being charged with bank fraud and used this company's name and phone number to do it with. That firing me was the only option not to become involved with this criminal case and be counted as an acomplise. OMG!! I have the message saved and recorded my boss forwarded to my email. I dont know what to do!

Contact an attorney NOW with that message. You also need to get this information to your state AG. If you don't know an attorney, go to www.naca.net and you can locate one in your area. Your first consultation is usually free - and some will take the case on a contingency basis (they only get paid if they win). It is illegal to interfere with someone's livelihood - not to mention the harassment in general. Please seek an attorney with that message ASAP.

Also sit down with your boss and explain to him what is going on. Might be a little embarrassing but a little embarrassment now can save a lot later on. At least this give them a heads up as to why these phone calls are coming in and let them know that you are not going to be arrested, that this is just scare tatics these people use.

You may also file complaints on this company with your state attorney general and the BBB. Internet Crime Complaint center will also be a good place to inform since they handle such kind of issues.

I highly suggest you file charges of extortion with your prosecutor's office. This is extortion, there are other debtors who have had this happen to them and successfully had the creditor charged and found guilty of extortion, now the creditors are serving prison terms and paying high fines. File criminal charges against him. You have the evidence, use it.

I agree with Steelers, file a police report and contact a naca attorney. I would also make sure that the PDL knows what you are doing.. might as well scare em a bit

Steelers is exactly right. I would get an attorney as fast as I could. I would also call them and tell them what I plan to do to their ILLEGAL behinds. They really must be getting desperate. KYSIDE38

I am also getting on this train. Definately get a lawyer and sue the pants off this clown. And let your boss know what's going on. I had to do it when Cash Today 4U was making my life a living hell and it paid off. The best offense is a good defense.
