www.acceptmycash.com - Dealing with this company may invite

www.acceptmycash.com is trying hard to bait people into their "instant cash" services. The company is being referred to as a scam. Acceptmycash claims to offer the best available paycheck cash advance loans. They also offer payday loans to people with bad credit. People have expressed their annoyance owing to the manner in which they are operating. Many people have threatened to report the company's illegal activities to the Attorney General but this threat has not stopped Acceptmycash from carrying on their unlawful activities. They have been offering payday loans in North Carolina, where payday loans are not legal.

Some of the unethical practices which they are indulging in may be as follows:

The company has been sending emails and letters to different people stating that their loans have been approved. Surprisingly, the people who received these letters had never applied for a loan at all. In one instance, a person received a solicitation to avail a payday loan for USD$500. The company has been making requests to avail their instant cash loans even over telephone. They leave messages on answering machines and confirm loan approvals.

Trying to invade bank accounts
This is being considered as a trap and a new way of collecting information about people and their bank accounts. It is often seen that these bank accounts are later manipulated by the payday loan companies.

www.acceptmycash.com indulges in deceitful activities and it is best to stay away from them.

I got home tonight and found a solicitation to take a payday loan for $500! It seems that it didn't matter that I was in NC and that pdls are illegal in NC. It is from acceptmycash.com I am going to forward this to my AG's office so they can see that people in NC are receiving these things in the mail.

Nice. I went to pizza hut last week, and on the counter they have magnets from checkintocash! It took all my strength not to climb on my bandwagon..

I actually have been getting messages on my answering machine, telling me that I have been approved for a loan(which i never applied for). Must have gotten my name from a very old loan,or they are just playing games to get my new info.

It is. Can you imagine. telling me I was approved for stuff I never even applied for. I wish these people would stop with the e mails. I must get 50 a day, and now these phone calls telling me I am approved. It is a royal pain.

My email (well my yahoo account, which is the one I used for the loans), is constantly full of stuff like that, along with tons of other junk. I cannot count how many times I have "won" something or I have a "$500" WalMart or Target gift card waiting for me, and now I am getting stuff about someone has a "secret crush" on me or wanting to know if I want to "hook up" with someone, etc! I'll bet that there never is any less than 60 emails in my junk email each day.

I am getting the crush ones too. But the ones that bug me sooooo much are the 10 million e-mails for the little blue pill. Ummm sorry hubby doesn't need that lol ( nor do I want him to have it lol)

Oh my gosh, I get those about the "blue pill" also and they come disguised as other stuff. I also get the ones that can "add inches" or telling me how to please my woman! I sure as heck don't need to add any inches nor do I have a "woman"!!!! I have just gotten to the point that I just empty my bulk folder and don't even look in it any more.
