Usually I just sent the original C & D letter I sent them, today I sent them this:

I appreciate the settlement offer, however 70% of nothing is nothing, and that is what I owe according to the state of Ohio. Since you are not licensed in the state of Ohio, I am only obligated to pay what I borrowed, which was $150.00. I have paid $400.00 so actually I am due a refund of $250.00. If you can give me your license number for the state of Ohio, I will gladly pay what you say I owe.
They just don't give up, do they? Mad

Yes they are, I am also learning that with them the hard way, as they have hit my credit report numerous times!!!

But I love the response that you sent to them, thats sticking it to them!!!!

I also know how you feel. I'm sick and tired of their BS and their games and wish they would just move on.
They have tried calling using several different company names and if Tim Atkins emails me again telling me there's a problem with my checking account-he may be sorry when he reads my response. LOL
I emailed him last night and basically asked him what he didn't understand about the term "My checking account is closed". Then I blocked his email address because I'm sick of him already.
I guess I need to check my credit report as well. They better hope I don't find anything from them on it.
All we can hope is that they are shut down-SOON!

I believe the famous "Tim Atkins" email is a auto response type of thing.

Well they can email me all they want to and it won't come through.
It may be an auto response but I know that someone reads them quickly due to past responses.
I see that the email that chensley originally posted has Tim Atkins listed as only a manager-my emails say "branch manager". Branch Manager of what branch??? LOL

i can't get the visual of that kid from south park.the one in the wheel chair,only says his name,repeats it constantly.oh the kid;'s name is.....TIMMY. Laughing
