HI I have quite a few loans. Its out of control. I found myself divorce needing an apartment and i just kept getting some but i cant pay them off.

I live in NJ and have the following companies.

DelwareCashFund Loan was for 700 I owe 926 pymts 220
NetCash 650 payments 150
Speedy 520 payments 120
Paydayservices 700 payments 238
STC Loan 300 pymnts 79
MYCashNow 700 payments 130
Upfrontmony 300 89 payments

I have not closed my checking im scared. I want to make sure nothing happens. The only new one is Delaware. I know if I close my checking and pay them off on my own I could probably get rid of them quicker then the payments they are deducting.

Is the amount you are referring to as "payments" the amount that you have paid so far? One thing in your favor is that those loans are illegal in NJ.
