I can't find them! I've called the number on the website and either noone answers or if they do I'm put on hold forever and then dropped. 800-474-2995
I tried to login on the website and it says I'm invalid. What do you do when you can't make contact?
They got me for $1,440 on a $400 dollar loan. I want to get info so maybe the AG can help me get something back or at least I want my account dead so it doesn't crop up years from now.

Take the help of your bank and find their contact info. They should have it logged in their system.

You already have overpaid on the account. File your complaints with the AG's office and claim for a refund. Perhaps, you should also try some free legal assistance in this matter.

Aciotsf is right, your bank should have some type of contact info. I know sometimes on the statements it will give a phone number under the company's name that did the debit. I have not heard of this company.

This is definitely an AKA. I looked them up on BBB online and couldn't find any company with that name. Definitely check with you bank!

I think BBB mentions most of the DBA names of a company when they compile a report. This one is definitely not listed by the actual loan company. Sounds fishy!

After going on their website I finally called up a loan application and found this on the bottom of it:

Quote:
We are a Utah based lender, and any loans provided by our company are governed by Utah laws. Utah laws governing consumer loan agreements may differ significantly from the laws of the state where you reside

So...I went to the Utah State websites and found a place where I can file my complaint. It has to be faxed or mailed so I'll be faxing it to them in the morning. Nothing is ever easy but I'm not giving up now.

I remember seeing a note like that at the bottom of one of my ipdl contracts based in Utah saying they are governed by UT laws. The lender was "instant cash flow" dba cashthis.net. I also believe "Dr.Cash" is another one of their names they go by. This company even had the nerve to send me to a collection agency in UT named Credit Service of Logan and they are listed on my credit report.
